Shipping Policy – RE-KOTE

  • Worldwide Shipping:
    We ship orders internationally in collaboration with reliable courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    Typical delivery times are as follows:

    • Gulf countries: 2 to 5 business days

    • Rest of the world: 1 to 2 weeks

  • Order and Shipping Confirmation:
    You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link once the package is dispatched. If you don’t receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • Tracking:
    A tracking link will be provided via email. Please note that it may take 1–4 days for the tracking information to appear on the courier's website.

  • International Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on the destination country. Delivery times may vary between 3 to 20 business days depending on the region.

  • Delivery and Signatures:
    Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. RE-KOTE is not responsible for packages after they have been delivered and signed for.

  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us immediately at support@re-kote.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Missing or Incorrect Orders:
    If your order is incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will cover any additional shipping charges or offer a refund if applicable.

  • Shipping Details Accuracy:
    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee modifications after this time.

  • Delays or Lost Packages:
    Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. RE-KOTE is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit, but we will do our best to assist you.

  • Returns and Cancellations:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.
